Our Policies

• This is a non-smoking establishment and property. This includes inside the hotel, the hotel courtyard, the back door area, and the loading zone. As well as within 25 feet of the hotels front door per Washington State Law. If a guest is found to be smoking inside of the hotel, often those rooms are rendered un-rentable. Fines will be imposed, likely to be in the sum of several nights stay.
  

• All our rooms are located on the second floor, accessible by stairs only.
  

• Our apologies, we do not allow pets. Per Washington State law we only allow trained service animals. This does not include Emotional Support Animals. If you are traveling with a service animal we ask that you notify us prior to booking.
  

• We welcome guests over the age of 12. For guests under the age of 12, please contact the hotel prior to making your reservation.
  

• Desk Hours are 8:00am to 9:00pm. During the Autumn and Winter months, hours may vary depending upon business.

• Check In is between 3:00pm and 9:00pm and Check Out is at 11:00am. If you need to make special arrangements, please let us know in advance.
  

• If you drive to La Conner, we have a guest loading zone to the north of the hotel and street parking is unrestricted and free.
  

• Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid a charge for the first nights total.
